Organisation’s structure
Xanalys is a technology company providing investigative case management solutions to the government and commercial sectors. We are based in the United Kingdom with our registered office being in Altrincham, England. Our business
Xanalys Ltd is an autonomous company within the Constellation Software Group and has a single division selling a range of technology products to public safety, regulatory agencies and commercial organisations.
Although we are part of a larger group we would still audit suppliers who are adopted by our parent company.

We are committed to maintaining an honest and ethical culture, ensuring our staff are aware of modern slavery and human trafficking, so they are able to identify and report risks.

Our supply chains
Our supply chain largely consists of major technology companies (e.g. Microsoft Azure) and business service providers.
Xanalys conducts due diligence on all suppliers, determined to be critical and/or major to the business before allowing them to become one of our suppliers. This due diligence includes assessing regulatory licences and certificates, compliance with such regulatory bodies, checks to determine the financial stability of the supplier as well as carrying out supplier audits, where appropriate.
With regards to modern slavery prevention measures, as part of our due diligence we will:
- Carry out a review of our key-subcontractors modern Day Slavery Act Statements and review their adequacy
- Ensure that all key suppliers operate a program to eliminate MDS and to embed policies within their organisation to do so.
- Establish that either no instances of MDS has occurred in the last twelve months or that where it has been identified it has been eliminated.
- Where appropriate Xanalys will include reference to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 in our policies and procedures.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our Company’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the current financial year.
